Chair TON 515 is one of the icons of the Czech mid-century, designed by Austrian architect-designer Oswald Haerdtl, manufactured by TON in Czech in 1954. TON is ex-Thonet before its nationalization by the communists in 1946, and still trading today. With TON factory brand paper label.


Condition:
In excellent original condition. Some signs of wear consistent with age and use.

チェコ・ミッドセンチュリーを代表するチェアのひとつ “TON 515” は、オーストリアの建築デザイナー、オズワルド・ヘアトルがデザインし、1954年にチェコのTON社で製造。TON社は、1946年に共産党によって国有化される前の元Thonet社で、現在も取引されています。TONファクトリーブランド紙ラベル付き。
